Creamy Prawn & White Wine Pasta
What you need:
- 300g spaghetti
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup Sundried tomato strips
- 1/2 cup cubed bacon
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 12 peeled raw prawns
Method:
This is a super quick recipe, that by the time u boil your pasta water and it's cooked, your sauce will be ready too!
1. Boil pasta water with lots of salt and cook al dente
2. Pan fry your bacon, garlic and Sundried tomatoes with some olive oil
3. After one minute add prawns and stir for another minute
4. Add white wine on high heat & burn off the alcohol (take a deep breath cos it smells f$&king awesome)
5. Add your cream, turn down the heat & simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
6. By now your pasta should be cooked. Drain your spaghetti and stir into your sauce
7. Plate up & ENJOY!!
